Where can I find it in my inventory?
When you buy this outfit you will find it in your received folder or in your object folder. You will see the unpacker. The unpacker is very simple to use. Right click and add and you are ready to have it delivered.

Unpacker
Click unpack and you will receive a folder in your inventory named [D&S] Kelby Retro(name of mesh body). In the folder you will see a Texture hud, top, skirt, Landmark to in world store, Notecard with instructions and information

The mesh head I am wearing is the free gift  [AK] Kumiko Bento Head NEW GEN Vers. 2.6 + Animation HUD. At that time it was free to join the group and get the head for free.
